Cancellation Policy
Only written requests received by FEMA by February 20, 2024, will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date, and no refunds will be given for no-shows.

Dr. Kristi Muldoon Jacobs
Acting Director
FDA Office of Food Additive Safety
Dr. Kristi Muldoon Jacobs is the current Acting Director for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s Office of Food Additive Safety (OFAS). Dr. Muldoon Jacobs earned a Ph.D. from UMDNJ/Rutgers University program in biomedical sciences and continued research at NIH/National Cancer Institute on the mechanism of tumor suppression and carcinogenesis. In her previous roles at FDA and the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), she served as a toxicologist with expertise in the safety assessment of FDA regulated products.
Dr. Muldoon Jacobs has served as an expert to the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) committees, as well as 15 international working groups. Additionally, she has published over 30 peer reviewed publications in areas related to her expertise.
