Partial Registration:
Package A

Includes: Monday Special Events (Reception & Dinner) and All Committee Meetings on Monday.

Package B:

$320.00
Includes: Tuesday Special Events (Hot Topics Breakfast, General Session, Luncheon) and All Committee Meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing, via email or fax, on or by October 1, 2012. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date.
