This year’s FEMA Fall Symposium theme, “Horizon Watch: Ensuring the Business of Flavors,” offered representatives from marketing, sales, commercial, and regulatory departments at FEMA member companies crucial intelligence on consumer trends, emerging challenges with social media, and pending legislation that could impact the entire food and flavor industry for many years. 

As one of our largest meetings of the year, the Symposium provided a unique opportunity for our members to meet face-to-face to share industry news, learn from experts, and network with colleagues and customers from across the industry.
