Hotel rates are subject to state and local taxes. To make your reservation, call and refer to the FEMA Annual Convention. The Breakers requires a first night's deposit to be made on a major credit card at the time of booking.
Reservation Deadline
Room reservations must be made by March 31, 2011 to take advantage of the FEMA group rate. Reservations made after this date are subject to availability at the special convention rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
A 1-night room deposit excluding tax is required at time of reservation. A 3-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled within 3 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable). If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee will apply ( $100 before/at check-in, full night if after check-in).
Parking
Parking Valet parking is available for a reduce rate of $15.00 per day for overnight guests and $15.00 per day for 'day' guests. There is no self-parking available.
Car Service
