Reservation Deadline
Room reservations must be made with the Ritz-Carlton by April 8, 2010. Reservations made after that date are subject to availability at the special convention rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with the Ritz-Carlton should be made seven days before the event to avoid a minimum two night cancellation fee.
Parking
Valet parking is available for $25.00 per day for overnight parking and $5.00 per day for day parking.

Taxi
It is approximately $60.00 from the Ft. Myers Airport to the Ritz-Carlton in Naples. Please take a business card from the driver in order to get a return cab to the airport.
