About the Dinner Speaker


Ms. Boey Lau, CFS, is currently the Quality Director for Taste Division at Kerry.  Prior to joining Kerry, Boey was the Principal Scientist for Food Safety Regulatory Compliance at Mondel?z Global LLC and a lead instructor for FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Foods (FSPCA) where she had responsibility for FSMA compliance at Mondel?z.  Boey has over 18 years of progressive quality and food safety compliance experience in consumer product and flavor industry. 

Boey received the Certified Food Scientist credential from the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in 2014.  She has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, and M.B.A. in Operations and Materials Management from California State University, East Bay.  In her free time, Boey enjoys spending time with her husband and young children, Bryan and twins Bailey and Brandon.
